Future Trace worked with Riot Art and Craft, to kick start the transformation of the business from a bricks chain, into a digital-only, category killer experience. Our insights were informed by two rounds of customer research, including a quantitative survey and 16 one-on-one interviews, and a deep dive into the category and cultural context impacting the sector. The final brand strategy has defined a direction for product, price, service, people and experience.
